DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

1. INSTANT DIGITAL ACCESS

SellerPilot OÜ provides intangible digital services (Software as a Service). We do not sell physical products, and therefore, no physical shipping is required.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINE

2.1. Free Trial Activation

Upon successful registration for the 7-day free trial, you will receive immediate access to the full features of your selected plan at no charge. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

2.2. Paid Subscription Activation

Upon successful processing of your first subscription payment via Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record, you will receive:

  • Continued Access: Your user account will seamlessly transition from the free trial to the paid subscription with no interruption in service.
  • Payment Confirmation: An automated receipt and invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your account via Paddle.

3. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Since our service is activated instantly and delivered digitally, we maintain access logs that confirm when your account was activated and when features were accessed. These logs serve as proof of delivery for the digital service.

4. TECHNICAL DELAYS

In rare cases, there may be a slight delay (up to 15 minutes) in account activation due to payment verification processes by Paddle or system processing. If you do not receive access after 15 minutes, please contact us immediately at support@sellerpilot.io.

5. REFUNDS AND DISPUTES

If you experience any issues with accessing the Service or believe you have not received the digital product, please contact SellerPilot support at support@sellerpilot.io before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
