DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

1. INSTANT DIGITAL ACCESS
SellerPilot OÜ provides intangible digital services (Software as a Service). We do not sell physical products, and therefore, no physical shipping is required.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Upon successful processing of your subscription payment via Stripe, you will receive:
- Immediate Access: Your user account will be instantly upgraded/activated, granting you access to the premium features of the SellerPilot web application and browser extension.
- Confirmation Email: An automated receipt and welcome email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
3. "ITEM NOT RECEIVED" CLAIMS
Since our service is activated instantly:
We monitor user logs. If our system shows that you have successfully logged in or utilized the software features after payment, any claim of "Item Not Received" will be contested with your bank or credit card provider using these access logs as proof of delivery.
4. TECHNICAL DELAYS
In rare cases, there may be a slight delay (up to 15 minutes) in account activation due to payment verification processes by Stripe. If you do not receive access after 15 minutes, please contact us immediately at support@sellerpilot.io.
